After [a series of medical treatments], I am glad to find out the YMCA, is teamed with Silver Sneakers, thru my insurance plan.
The group workout fitness has several [classes] to choose from. I am doing a mild but effective program. The instructor is great at cueing us. I am regaining my physical as well as cognitive strength back.
The equipment is modern as well as regularly maintained. [The Y] has many different pieces and levels in separate rooms, to choose from.
I have become even more of a germaphobe after illness. I cannot say enough, how impressed I am after seeing the daily regular cleaning routine. The conscientious detail allows me to feel secure.
From the front desk to personal trainers, the staff is outstanding!
