FITNESS PUNCH CARD SYSTEM
The most flexible and convenient way to attend fitness classes. Fitness punch cards allow you to attend 24 class sessions of your choice.

MORNING CLASSES
FIT FOR LIFE
Monday-Friday, 8:30-9:10 AM

Strength training mixed with heart-pumping cardio exercises to build muscle and torch calories. This class utilizes weights, exercise balls and resistance bands. You will do lunges, squats, push-ups and burpees to get you in the best shape of your life.
PILOXING

Come try the exciting new exercise program that combines Pilates and Boxing. This class is a calorie-blasting, muscle-toning, core centric interval workout. Challenging and fun for all levels of fitness!
TOTAL BODY TRAINING

This is a body transformer. By using a combination of hand-weights, stability balls, medicine balls, resistance band and numerous cardio exercises, your body will become a powerful, fat-burning machine.
KICKBOXING

Learn basic punches and kicks as well as kickboxing combinations. This class incorporates strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility in a variety of different methods to ensure that you are always having fun and getting the most of each and every workout. We will perform contact moves with focus mitts, cardio intervals, and core exercises. Open to all fitness levels.
ZUMBA!
