SWIMNASTICS
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 9:00 to 10:00 am
Mary Margaret Hicks - Instructor
A water exercise class for both swimmers and non-swimmers. Improve flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.

Full Facility Member: $40                                                          Program Participant: $70

 

 

AQUACISE
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 10:30 to 11:00 am
Mary Margaret Hicks - Instructor
This class offers an increased emplasis on strengthening the cardiovascular system, endurance, and fitness in the water.

Full Facility Member: $20                                                          Program Participant: $35

 

 

AQUA STRETCH
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - 9:00  to 9:45 am
Mary Margaret Hicks - Instructor
Specially designed to improve joint flexibility and muscle strength, with the aid of water buoyancy and resistance.

Full Facility Member: FREE                                                       Program Participant: $52

 

 

WATER WORKOUT
Tuesday, Thursday - 6:00 to 7:00PM

Saturday 9:00-9:45AM
Marlene Finnitz - Instructor
A great workout while you escape the COOLER weather. Come and join us for all the water fun!

JUST FOR YOU

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11-Noon

So, you are not a lap swimmer, early morning, late evening, or structured class person.  Well this is JUST FOR YOU!  Now there is a time available in the pool that you can do your own thing: jog, run, walk, stretch or just relax and play in the water.  See you there!
